Apple Liberty / Malus Domestica
The Liberty apple tree (introduced 1978, New York) is highly prized for being one of the most disease-resistant apple varieties available, virtually immune to apple scab, fire blight, powdery mildew, and cedar apple rust. It produces medium-sized, dark red, crisp, and juicy apples with a slightly tart, balanced flavor. Ideal for organic growing and cold-hardy (Zones 4-9), it is a reliable, productive choice for fresh eating, baking, and sauces
